Based in Quincy, MA we serve all of Massachusetts with our mobile bar and bartending services. Our dry hire mobile bar service provides everything you need for a seamless bar experience, except the alcohol. Which means that we provide the bar, bar tools and drink supplies while you provide the alcohol. You will receive a custom alcohol purchasing guide where we will tell you what types of alcohol, bottle sizes, and quantities of each bottle you will need to match your vision. Each package includes a personal consultation to better understand what your vision is.

A dry hire mobile bar can sound confusing especially if you've never heard of it. But we are here to make it easy! A dry hire mobile bar simply means you buy the alcohol, and we plan & provide the rest. Each package includes a personal consultation where we will determine what your vision is for your event, including how many drinkers you have, what type of drinks you want us to serve and more. We will help take all the guess work out of buying the alcohol. We will provide you with an alcohol purchasing guide so you know exactly what quantities and types of alcohol you will need to purchase. We will bring the physical bar, certified and licensed bartender, bar equipment, all the beverage mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins and everything else you could possibly need to make your event shine.
The sooner, the better. Once you reach out and book your event we will then hold that date for you! So planning ahead is best to make sure we have availability. However we take last minute bookings as well. So whether you're planning ahead or pulling together a last-minute event reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate the date you have in mind!
We take cash, check or card payments. Card payments can be paid online through our invoicing system. 50% of the deposit is needed to secure your date. And the other 50% is due 30 days before the events date.
We include a 10% gratuity if you opt to allow a tip jar at your event, as bar staff will have the opportunity to earn tips directly from the guests. If you prefer to not have a tip jar you can "buy out" the tip jar and we will include a 22% gratuity that goes directly to the bartender(s) working your event this ensures fair compensation for their work and time. There will also be a place on the invoice you can opt to add additional gratuity if desired, or you can tip your bartenders extra in cash as well. Ultimately leaving the decision up to you!
The first step is to just reach out to us! Our quote form on the website helps streamline the process or reach out to us by phone/email. We will then be in touch with you and set up a consultation call. During the consultation call we will go over all the details and answer any questions you might have. From there you will get our alcohol purchasing guide so you can buy the alcohol needed and we will take care of the rest. On the day of your event, we will come 1 to 1.5 hours before we start serving. We will bring the bar, bartender, and all of the supplies needed. We will set-up the bar in your desired spot and serve your guests for the duration of the agreed upon time. We will then pick up the bar, clean up the area we used, and leave all unused alcohol neatly organized with you.
