7th Path Self-Hypnosis® is a powerful, mind-body-spirit approach to self-hypnosis that teaches you how to work with your subconscious mind, not against it.
This small-group, in-person course is designed to help you build a lifelong skill, one that supports emotional regulation, clarity, confidence, and personal growth.
7th Path Self-Hypnosis® is a structured method of self-hypnosis taught while you are actually in a hypnotic state. This allows you to bypass the critical, analytical mind and access deeper levels of awareness where real change occurs.
Unlike meditation alone, this approach actively works with:

Emotional resonance
Feelings that shape behavior and reactions
Over time, you learn how to:
Enter self-hypnosis on your own
Release stored stress and emotional charge
Create effective, personalized suggestions
Respond to life with more calm, clarity, and intention
This course is intentionally kept small and experiential, so each participant can be given personalized attention, build confidence and mastery week by week.

Each week builds on the previous one. You’ll practice your skills during the week and return ready to deepen and refine them in the next class.

Due to the powerful and emotional nature of this practice, this course is not recommended for individuals with serious mental illness. Individuals with serious mental illnesses include, but are not limited to: Major Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder.
