What our community has asked for

Our Ambassadors and Allies have been clear. They want THE REAL to remain a purely peer-to-peer community.

They have asked us not to bring in more coaches, therapists, or people promoting their own initiatives.

All doing important work, but our community has told us that is not what they are looking for.

We are listening to them.

What it looks like

THE REAL is about being part of the community and supporting the mission in whatever way feels right to you. There are no formal requirements or quotas.

• Walk on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Go for a walk or do another activity, alone or with others. Snap a quick pic and post it. Miss one? No worries, we are not taking attendance.

• No hat required. Grab a THE REAL hat if you want one, but you do not need it to walk.

• Join a monthly call if you are up for it. Light speed-friending so Ambassadors from around the world can connect.

• Support in your own way. Some Allies get very involved with events, introductions, and amplifying the message. Others show up to conversations, share when it resonates, or simply stay part of the circle. All of it matters.

Nothing heavy. This is not about time commitment. It is about being part of something REAL.
