Mission Statement: We empower OT and PT professionals to share their stories, inspire future clinicians, and advocate together to sustain and strengthen our fields.
Vision Statement: Our vision is a united community of OT and PT professionals who lead with enthusiasm, elevate career exploration through education and interactive presentations, and inspire future clinicians in rehabilitation.
Any OT/OTA/PT/PTA from any state can benefit from Therapy Allies, but only those who live in Indiana will be sent a Sign-up Genius Link to pick an Indiana School for a career talk. Anyone is welcome to fill out this volunteer intake form to be a member of Therapy Allies.
Please fill out this volunteer intake form and then you will receive a Sign-Up Genius Link to pick an Indiana Elementary School, Middle School, or High School for your career talk!
Please complete the OT Verification Form / PT Verification Form, and then you will be emailed a personalized certificate to recognize your service hour(s)!
Therapy Allies is a continuing education provider in Category II for occupational therapy practitioners in the State of Indiana. Indiana OT practitioners can receive up to 9 hours of CE credit every two years for delivering OT career presentations in the community. These presentations also count toward CHT renewal under Category E: Hand Therapy Education You Have Presented.
We’d love to help you connect with a therapist for a career chat! If you’re comfortable having your contact information shared on our Sign-Up Genius pages, please fill out this form. Therapists will reach out directly if they’re interested and available, so while we can’t guarantee a match, we’re excited to make these connections possible. Therapy Allies simply posts your information so therapists can contact you if they choose.
I hope you enjoy exploring this website to learn more about how you can share your career journey and inspire future clinicians! Please get in touch with me if you have any questions or suggestions. As I work on building this volunteer organization, I am always looking for feedback to improve. For example, since I am an OT, I only have links to resources related to how to champion OT in the community. If you know of links to handouts and presentations about PT geared toward students, please share.
Thank you in advance for your consideration and support for this important work!
Elena T. Bolin, EdD, MS, OTR, CHTFounder and Executive Director of Therapy AlliesI’m expanding my professional network and would value connecting with you.
