Workshops are held weekly and last approximately 50 minutes per session. Each session is designed as a standalone workshop, which means participants can join any session without needing to attend previous sessions. This flexible structure allows individuals and parents to participate whenever a topic is meaningful or relevant to them.
The program includes a total of 20 different workshop topics. Participants are not required to attend all sessions. Instead, you may choose the topics that best fit your needs. We ask participants to select one theme (4 sessions) that are most relevant to their situation.
To register for a workshop, simply complete the registration form. After registering, one of our program coordinators will contact you to discuss the day and time that works best for your schedule. The coordinator will also help personalize the workshop experience, selecting topics and lessons that best match your goals, interests, or family needs. This allows each participant to receive a workshop or training experience that is tailored to their situation.
Our workshops are led by trained, dedicated, and passionate volunteers from the mental health field who are deeply committed to supporting emotional well-being. This includes experienced and retired counselors, graduates, and trainees gaining hands-on experience, all working together to expand access to mental health education within the community.
All facilitators are supported under professional guidance to ensure quality, ethical practice, and a meaningful learning experience for both participants and emerging professionals.
