How do I enable staff notifications?
For automatic staff notifications, go to the bottom left corner of your screen where you see “settings.” There you can toggle any automatic notifications on for staff, clients or supervisors. You also want to verify the staffs phone number has been entered correctly on their profile!
How do I quickly add an appointment?
On the Appoint Overview tab click Add Appointment in the top right corner. Select the date, time and appointment type. Then select the appropriate Client and Staff before clicking Add Time.
What do I do if the Technician I am looking for does not show as option for an appointment?
Click on Your Clients and Staff tab and click Edit on the Staff member you are having an issue seeing. On the details tab make sure you have the correct Credentialing, Experience and Teams selected. On the Availability tab confirm you have the correct days and time selected for this staff member. Click Update on at the bottom to ensure all changes are saved.
How do I address one of my BCBA’s not being able to see the correct team members?
Click on Your Clients and Staff tab and click Edit on the Staff member you are having an issue seeing.Scroll to the bottom left part of the screen to Add Staff and select any staff members that are missing for your BCBA. Click Update on at the bottom to ensure all changes are saved.
Help! My Schedule changes are not reflected on active schedule.
Click on Your Clients and Staff tab and click Edit on the Client you are having an issue seeing. Click on the Match Technician tab. Confirm you have the correct Update Date and End Date selected for this Client and any changes you made to the recurring schedule.
How do I add a Client, BT or BCBA?
Navigate to the Appoint Overview tab. Click on Add Client, BT or BCBA button. Add the appropriate information for your selection. Reminder when adding a Client the name and guardian email are our unique identifiers when creating a new profile.
How do I manage an appointment when a staff member has to leave early?
Click Add Appointment in the top right corner. Select the Date and Time for the staff member that needs to leave early. Add a Non Billable appointment type for the staff member.
Where can I find data on staff cancellations?
Click on the Admin Analytics Tab. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Staff Statistics. Staff will be sorted with the highest number of cancellations on the top. You can select a specific date range in the top right corner.
I’m not seeing a staff member on appointment overview, what’s wrong?
If the staff member does not have a scheduled appointment on that day they will not show on the Appoint Overview tab.
How are rescheduled sessions reported to CentralReach?
We track cancellations on tD just like Central Reach so Central Reach cancellation reporting will change. On theraDriver, when an individual session that was cancelled (likely by a client) is rescheduled as a makeup session, we cannot today track that a cancellation and a rescheduled session are linked.
Need to add a location for a client
Click on Your Clients and Staff tab. Find the client that you need to add a location for and click edit. Click Add New Location then select if this location is Home, School or Other.
How to add a recurring non billable appointment
Click on Your Clients and Staff tab. Find the staff member that need the recurring non-billable appointment and click edit. Click Add under Recurring Sessions on the right hand side. Also make sure you select a Start and End Date for when you want these sessions to occur
My BCBA can not login to TheraDriver
Confirm the email address in TheraDriver on the staff profile is the same email address they are using to login.
