Teaching entrepreneurship for over 27 years. She got her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a Major in Entrepreneurship in 2011 by EGADE Business School. Obtained the 2012 Outstanding Paper Award by Emerald with her publication "Gender, Human Capital, and Opportunity Identification in Mexico" (International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship). She has taught entrepreneurship to faculty and students in different states of Mexico and abroad (USA, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica.

This included mobilizing $812M+ through capital investment pipelines, managing multimillion-dollar grant portfolios, and designing nationally award-winning regenerative learning systems.

Chris Cyrille is the Founder and CEO of SNTIMNT.AI, a quantitative crypto investment platform using sentiment analysis and algorithmic trading to help institutional investors navigate market volatility. A first-generation Haitian American entrepreneur, he holds an MS in Entrepreneurship and a BS in Information Technology from Florida State University.

Chris brings a practitioner's perspective to the intersection of technology, founder development, and ecosystem building. He is a TEDx speaker, Tampa Bay 40 Under 40 honoree, and a graduate of the Black Orlando Tech accelerator. His work and research interests lie at the intersection of social capital, founder resilience, and underrepresented entrepreneurship, which drew him to USASBE's Minority and Women Entrepreneurship SIG.

As Engagement Chair, Chris is focused on deepening connections within the SIG and creating space for conversations that move founders forward.
