Most athletes start a training program without a clear plan of action. There’s no purpose, to achievable targets, and no clear cut goal to lock in on. When athletes fail to plan, they are planning to fail!
Every athlete that trains with us starts by undergoing a thorough assessment. This assessment process, undeniably one of the most extensive in the industry, allows our staff to create your Elite Performance Training Plan. This training plan is the road map that develops your strength, power, speed, and resiliency, ultimately taking you from a good athlete to a great athlete, or in some instances, a great athlete to an ELITE athlete. Throughout the course of the extensive assessment process, we help our athletes:
Pinpoint specific weaknesses that are holding them back
Identify the hidden limitations in their performance and discover how to turn them into opportunities to be successful
Uncover their X-factor strengths and other performance indicators that they're already doing well
By the end of the assessment and evaluation process we'll know how to plan your training so you can develop the ELITE advantage over the competition.
Now that we’ve completed your performance profile and you have your Elite Performance Training Plan designed, it's time to help you create an ELITE MINDSET. Developing mental toughness through Mental Performance Training is the key to performing at your best during the moments it counts the most. If you want to be able to rise to the occasion when the pressure is on and turn dreams into reality, it’s mental toughness, grit and self-belief that help make that happen. Consider what the great Michael Jordan said: “The mental part is the hardest part and I think that’s what separates the good players from the great ones.” Just like Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Serena Williams, and Michael Phelps, all the greatest athletes realize that physical preparation is not enough to go from good to great, or from great to elite. This is why all our athletes work on mental preparation, in addition to their physical preparation, developing positive routines and rituals that help them deal with adversity, and improve their self-talk. All of which are critical components of maintaining composure while under pressure. By the end of your first ELITE Mental Performance Training session, you'll be on your way to developing an ELITE mindset and will be ready to join our Elite Athlete Development Program.
☆ Once your program has been designed and coordinated into your schedule, you'll be ready to get to work.
With the important foundations laid for success, we'll get to work designing your individualized training program. This program will take into account your weaknesses, strengths and hidden limitations, and seamlessly fit the training program into a schedule that works best for you. All of your strength & conditioning, speed & agility development, nutrition, Mental Performance Training, and recovery will be customized based on what you need to maximize your performance potential.
☆ Once your program is designed and finalized, it will be coordinated with your schedule so you can join our program and begin training.
With all of the preparation for training complete, it's now time to get to work and prepare for competition. You will join our Elite Athlete Development Program (EADP) as a 1:1 client or join up to 9 other athletes (small group training session) who want the same thing… to become a better athlete and succeed in their respective sport!
Under the guidance of our expert coaching and performance staff, you will complete your training program at our state-of-the-art facility. Every session, you'll take a small step forward towards achieving your goals.
These small wins stack up over time until finally, you’ve reached the point where you’re stronger, faster, better conditioned, and more athletic. Events that would otherwise injure you, don't. Events that used to rattle your confidence, don't. Events that previously would make your head drop, now make you more determined.
