We currently take all major credit cards, debit, cash, EBT, and we also offer quad pay as our payment plan.

How big are your steaks?

We have various cuts and sizes of steaks including ribeyes, tbones, strips, and filets that range from 6oz for filets, 10oz or 12oz for ribeyes, to 16oz for Tbones. Ribeye specials are a breakfast cut. The pack is about 5lb of well marbled ribeye. Our regular case strips are 9oz. Strip specials, the box is approx 2.5lbs. Selection may vary.

What are your bogo deals?

We have a couple of BOGO deals. One of them for example is Buy 1 USDA Prime Case and get any 2 Boxes Free. Get with the event staff and they can walk you through the details of the promotion as it sometimes varies depending on each locations stock and availability.

Does Prime House Direct deliver?

Yes, we do. We deliver orders that are placed in our online store direct to your door. We also offer convenient shipping options and free shipping on qualified orders. Please be aware that our Truckload Specials are not available online.

What is in your seafood bundles?

Seafood bundles generally include breaded and raw shrimp, catfish or mahi mahi, tilapia or cod, and salmon filets. Selections vary depending on availability.

How do I get a free freezer?

It's with a qualifying purchase. Get with the event staff to make sure they have them in stock. They can walk you through the details of the promotion. It can sometimes vary depending on the inventory at specific locations. .

Where is your beef from?

All of our meat is grown in the US and sourced from Midwestern ranchers. Its processed in Illinois and USDA inspected. Its also individually packaged and flash frozen ready for your freezer.

Do you offer Military and 1st Responder discounts?

Yes we do. It is our privilege to offer all military, veterans, police, 1st responders, etc a 10% discount off all purchases. Simply present an id showing your service, past or present, and receive the discount. Thank you for your service!

How do you offer such low prices?

The meat industry is littered with middlemen everywhere who add extra costs that get passed on to you, “the consumer.” We sell directly to people who care about getting quality meat at a reasonable price. We’re not burdened with the costs associated with having a brick and mortar or any of the costs that middlemen like to tack on. This means we can keep our prices low and our customers happy!

Can I trust meat from a truck

Yes! And we get that question a lot. Lets be honest, all meat sold at a grocery store or at your local butcher shop was delivered on a truck. All of our meat goes through a rigorous quality control process during processing and is given the highest USDA Inspection marks.

Do I need to defrost your products to get ready to cook them?

Yes. We recommend two ways to defrost your Prime House Direct products.

Preferred Method: Remove your steaks or chicken from the freezer 24 hours prior to cooking and place them in the refrigerator. This allows the meat to slowly defrost and retain all its freshness.

Quick Method: Fill a large bowl with cold water, place the meat in the water and submerge. The meat will be completely thawed in an hour or two, depending on the size and thickness. Just be sure to check the water every 30 minutes — if it becomes tepid, change it out with fresh cold water.
