Whether you're navigating current life stressors or wanting to work through the past, we are here for you! We will work to support you in understanding limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. We will support you in healing wounds that impact you in your daily life.
We believe that children & teens should have the space to work individually and privately with a therapist. However, we hope to be able to support their parent or caregiver in navigating the individualized stressors faced by their child and how to best support them.
Family therapy can be the reason you're reaching out or it can be combined with individual treatment. We support you and your family on strengthening the love and connection you have and improve communication and functioning to support healing in more areas of your life.
Our couples counseling sessions provide a safe, supportive space to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and deepen connection. Whether you're facing challenges or simply want to grow together, we're here to help your relationship thrive.
We offer specialized therapy sessions designed to empower caregivers with the tools, strategies, and emotional support needed to help youth thrive. This can be with the youth's individual therapist if appropriate or separately with another therapist. We understand that when caregivers are healing, their children and families grow stronger.
