ECT+

ECT+ is the Federation's enhanced training programme for Early Career Teachers. 

Our ECTs complete the core training pathway for their induction years and are assigned to a local teaching hub. they complete a comprehensive teaching programme and are supported by their school-based mentor. 

ECT+ offers CPD opportunities on any area of education that our ECTs wish to deepen further. The ECT+ programme also provides an opportunity for networking and peer learning.
