Hi, I'm Beth, one half of The Nurture Nest Academy! 

I've worked in early years for 10 years, beginning my journey as an apprentice in 2016 and progressing into a nursery management role. Along the way, I've achieved my Level 3 qualification in early years and my Level 5 qualification in early years leadership and management.

My passion lies in working with children under the age of two. I'm fascinated by the earliest stages of development and love supporting little ones as they reach those all-important developmental milestones.

When I'm not immersed in all things Early Years, you'll either find me exploring new places and making memories travelling with my husband or at home, snuggled up with my pet rabbit, Flopsy.

Hi! I’m Sham, the other half of The Nurture Nest Academy! 

I’ve worked in early years for almost 13 years, beginning my journey as an apprentice and progressing into leadership and management roles. Along the way, I’ve achieved my Level 3 qualification as an early years educator and a degree in Early Childhood Studies.

My passion lies in supporting children over the age of two, helping them develop their independence, confidence and the skills they need to become school ready.

When I’m not immersed in all things early years, you’ll usually find me travelling, going on adventures with my little boy, trying new restaurants or making memories with family and friends.
