Booking & Payment Policy

*McPherson County, KS sales tax will be added to the total booking price.

*50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining 50% balance is due on or before the day of the event.

*The deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled event date.

*Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a deposit refund.

*Additional services, guests, supplies, or time added to the original booking may result in additional charges.

*If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
