When?
Start your revision early in the academic year and don't wait until the mock exam period in your school calendar! A small amount of revision each and every week will ensure you enter the exam hall confident and prepared.
Monitor your progress
Create a diary or use the Google quizzes on this website to track your progress. You scored 7/10 last week? Great! Now go for 10/10.
Collaborate
It's always useful to work with another peer in your class during lesson, achieve sessions or outside of school hours to compare your strengths and weaknesses. You can also use this time to test and teach each other.
Environment
Create the right environment to learn. This means avoiding the enemies of good study: phones, music, noise, lack of breakfast and lack of sleep.
Manage your time
Set aside a dedicated amount of time each and every night for you to focus on your studies and nothing else.
Set a goal
"I need to study more" is too vague. Set a clear and realistic goal you can achieve.
"I want to recall all the registers in a CPU and be able to describe their basic functions by the end of half term."
