DTR Builder Badges: Ready for the College Journey credential is awarded to learners who have completed the Disrupting The Regular (DTR) 10-Step College & Career Prep Curriculum.

This credential recognizes students who have completed the DTR college journey phases and demonstrated readiness in academic planning, financial preparation, self-discovery, course selection, and planning for summer. Learners earning these badges have identified their graduation requirements, developed scholarship search strategies, completed a personal self-evaluation, researched their electives, and a plan for summer that connects their goals to future college and career pathways.

These badges represents the essential mindset of a DTR Scholar — prepared, proactive, and purpose-driven.

🏆 Credential Criteria

To earn credentials, learners must: 

• Complete all lessons in the DTR 10 Step Prep curriculum 1. Foundations & Readiness (Weeks 1-6), 2. Strategy & Preparation (Weeks 7-12), & 3. Leadership & Transition (Weeks 13-18).

• Participate in at least one guided reflection prompt for each lesson (example: “What did you learn about yourself that will help you plan your future?”).

• Submit required uploads and artifacts, including:

✅ A completed Graduation Plan Worksheet

✅ A Scholarship Search or Essay Draft

✅ A Self-Evaluation Plan or Vision Board

✅ An Elective Strategy Plan

✅ A completed Summer Productivity Plan
