Chess Term 4 2025, here we come!

Our chess club is called The Grove Knights.

This sign-up form is just for term 4. 

What you need to know:

• Grades 4 - 7 chess practice on MONDAYS @ 14:40 - 15:40

• Practice for grades 4 - 7 takes place in the grade 4B class.

• Even if your child has been in the chess club before, sign-up is still required. 

• We have a limit of 30 learners for grades 4 - 7 - it will be on a first come first serve basis.

• You will be notified about the acceptance after the closing date stipulated below.

• CLOSING DATE IS FRIDAY, 17 OCTOBER 2025

• Chess lessons will start on 27 OCTOBER 2025.

Chess Term 4 2025 JUNIOR CHESS CLUB

Our chess club is called The Grove Knights.

This sign-up form is just for term 4.
What you need to know:

• Grades 1 - 3 chess practice on WEDNESDAYS @ 14:00 - 15:00

• Practise for the grades 1 - 3 takes place in the Grade 1D class. 

• Even if your child has been in the chess club before, sign-up is still required. 

• We have a strict limit of 40 learners for Junior Chess - it will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and the sign-up form will be closed once the limit of 40 learners has been reached or by Tuesday, 14th October at 08:00.  

• You will be notified about the acceptance via email after the closing date stipulated below. 

• PLEASE NOTE:  NO WALK-INS WILL BE ALLOWED - Learners not signed up for Chess will be sent to the office for parents to be called for collection.  

• CLOSING DATE FOR REGISTRATION IS 14th of October 2025.

• Chess lessons will start on  Wednesday, 15th of October 2025.
