Do I need a Paypal account to pay for the ticket?

No!  You can use a Paypal account if you have it, but you can still pay with a credit card by scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting the option.

Are you an approved out of state provider?

It is the responsibility of the licensee to determine if courses taken for CE credit meet their respective board's CE requirements.  The Grief Center suggests checking your local board website or reaching out to your board for assistance. 

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?

Absolutely, things come up and you cannot always make the webinar!  Email as earliest as possible to get your refund.

Refunds for Face-To-Face Events: Seating for our in-person events is limited. Fees will be refunded, less a processing fee, if written notification to The Grief Center ( is received two weeks prior to the event. We will provide a transfer credit to another one of our trainings up to 24 hours prior to an event if a written request is received via the above email address. 


Refunds for Webinars: Refunds for webinars must be requested via email to Fees will be refunded, less a processing fee, if the refund request is received before the start of the webinar, or if the attendee experienced technical difficulties which prevented participation in the webinar for the entirety of the event. No certificate of participation will be issued for complete or partial CEU credit. 


Can I get special accommodations?

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend our continuing education events. If you require a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in a continuing education offering, please contact Kaylin Parsons, Director of Education at or by calling our main number at 918-587-1200 at least 10 days prior to the event so we can make arrangements.

Where can I send complaints or suggestions?

Do you offer recordings if I cannot attend?

Unfortunately, not at this time.  However, hopefully in the near future.  If you see a webinar you are interested in, but cannot attend, email and express your interest.  We duplicate webinars all the time and would love to have you attend a later date! 

Do you hire guest speakers?

Absolutely!  We love being able to provide a variety of topics, so if you are interested email to talk about the trainings you are interested in providing!
