Pooja Nair

“I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand”

Pooja is an educator who is inspired by the above mentioned quote. She believes that each child is special in their own beautiful ways. The role of a teacher is to be a facilitator and provide multiple opportunities for them to understand and learn better. She is a combination of motherly love and childlike exuberance. She loves to spend time with children and enjoys their company a lot. She loves to bring in energy and enthusiasm in the classroom.

She has teaching experience at The Riverside School and has learnt a lot about education and teaching from the years spent there. The idea of believing that age has nothing to do with competency is what she vouches for. She dreams of a team without any hierarchy and where each one is responsible and accountable for their role.

She firmly believes that education is like sowing the seeds of knowledge and empathy in a child and nurturing it every single day.
