Student Attendance & Supervision at Home Basketball Games
Students and their families are encouraged to attend our exciting basketball games to watch any of our five teams: Junior Boys, Middle School Girls, Middle School Boys, Varsity Girls, and Varsity Boys. Click here to view the schedule or go to the Fletcher website Athletic Calendar.
Please remember that students in grades K-8 must be supervised by an adult. The adult doesn't need to be the student's parent but does need to acknowledge being responsible for the student.
Upper School students may attend games without adult supervision.
Change in Dismissal or Carpool Plans?
Whenever you need to pick up your child before the end of the school day, please remember to email the Front Desk at frontdesk@thefletcherschool.org at least two hours before dismissal.
If there are changes in carpool pick-up or if your child is not attending afterschool activities/sports, we encourage you to notify the Front Desk at frontdesk@thefletcherschool.org at least two hours before dismissal.
December Open House dates are open for registration.
Tuesday, December 10: Grades K-5 Open House from 8:45-10:30 a.m.
Thursday, December 12: Grades 6-12 Open House from 8:45-10:30 a.m.

Holiday Gifts for Fletcher Faculty & Staff
Want to mark an item off your holiday to-do list? Parents' Council is pleased to once again coordinate holiday gifts for our wonderful teachers and staff as well as our cafeteria staff and CMPD officer. 100% of donated funds are used for the gift, and we hope that each family will participate so that our collective contributions show our deep appreciation for those who impact our children's educational experience. If you are able to contribute, please do so by Friday, December 6, using this link: Holiday Gift. Your contribution is voluntary and confidential.
Wednesday, December 11, at 8:15 a.m. in the Rankin Room: Our next Parents’ Council meeting will be a working meeting for upcoming events. There will not be any guest speakers at this meeting. Any parent or guardian is welcome to attend working meetings and should RSVP to parentscouncil@thefletcherschool.org. If you are chairing a committee, you are encouraged to attend this meeting.
