The Achieve Athletics store will open again at later dates, and Parents' Council will provide spirit wear sales throughout the year at select home games and events.

Immunization Records Due September 13
Updated forms are required for:
All new students.
All seventh-grade students need a meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV) and a tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis vaccine (Tdap).
All twelfth-grade students need the second meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV).
Physical Examination & Health History Forms Due
All sixth graders and students playing after-school sports are required to turn in a current Physical Exam & Health History Form for 2024-2025.
Make Up Picture Day - Friday, September 13
St. John’s Photography will return to campus the morning of Friday, September 13.
Students who missed having their picture taken on August 28 should be prepared to have their picture taken that morning.
School Picture Orders & Yearbook Selections
St John’s Photography has loaded all student pictures.
All orders received by Friday, September 13, will receive a 15% discount ($25 minimum order required).
Access your student’s pictures by completing the following:
Visit St John Photography.
Click on “Find My School.”
Enter FLSC into the box and click “Enter.”
Click on Portraits & Group Photos.
Search using your student's last name.
All parents must make a yearbook selection even if they do not order photos. For yearbook selections ONLY, customers are NOT required to create an account.
To select a yearbook photo, follow the instructions above to access your student's pictures.
Click on the photo preferred for the yearbook.
In the upper right corner of the screen, click "yearbook selection."
When prompted, confirm your choice by selecting "OK."

Parents & Guardians, Mark Your Calendars - Wednesday, September 18
The Fletcher School Board of Trustees is beginning their year-long strategic planning process this fall, working with MehtaCognition.
Parents and guardians, please join consultants Nishant Mehta and Jay Rapp on Wednesday, September 18, at 8:30 a.m. in the Rankin Room as they visit and get to know our school better.
Dining Hall Reminders
Lunch pre-orders are for Grades K-3 only.
Students in Grades K-3 may not make substitutions to the order.
All students in Grades 4-12 should plan to order their lunch through the cafeteria line.

All food charges will be invoiced and drafted through each student’s FACTS account.

The cross country team had a great day at McAlpine yesterday! Four runners hit PRs. Shout out to seventh graders Caleb J., Hudson J., tenth grader Josh P., and eleventh grader Davis B. for beating their previous race times from last year and this year! And congratulations to seventh grader Ariel T., who came in second place overall for the Middle School girls!
