We have now completed the School certification and endorsement process with NCSEAA for 2024-2025 ESA+ and Opportunity Scholarship award recipients.
If you have not already done so, please log into your NCSEAA portal and complete the parent endorsement step of the process.
Once that is complete, the state will disburse the Fall semester award funds directly to the school.

Please remember to send your student to school with a water bottle so they stay hydrated.
All sixth graders are required to have a current physical examination. Physical examinations are valid for one year from the date of the physical examination. If needed, here is a link to the 2024-2025 Physical Examination and Health History Form.
All middle school and upper school students playing after school sports are required yearly to have a current physical examination. Physical examinations are valid for one year from the date of the physical examination. If needed, here is a link to the 2024-2025 Physical Examination and Health History Form.
No medication, prescription or over-the-counter medication, may be taken at school without a valid 2024-2025 Medication Authorization Form. Students are not allowed to carry medication on their person, or in their backpack or lunchbox unless it is an approved emergency medication AND they have permission from the health room.
All new students and students in kindergarten, seventh grade, and twelfth grade are required to have up to date vaccination records sent to the health room.
Check out our new selection of Fletcher spirit wear from Achieve Athletics. This new store will close on Sunday, September 8, to enable fast delivery of items ordered for the fall. So place your order soon!
The Achieve Athletics store will open again at later dates, and Parents' Council will provide spirit wear sales throughout the year at select home games and events.

The Fletcher School Board of Trustees is beginning their year-long strategic planning process this fall, working with MehtaCognition.
Parents and Guardians, please join consultants Nishant Mehta and Jay Rapp on Wednesday, September 18, at 8:30 a.m. in the Rankin Room as they visit and get to know our school better.
The August and September lunch menus are linked at the bottom of ENOTES under Helpful Links and are also available on FACTS Family Portal.
Orders are due on Thursdays for the upcoming week.
When ordering lunch, consider adding your child's after-school drink and snack, too.
If you wish to reserve a specific date to celebrate your child’s birthday, please email frontdesk@thefletcherschool.org to make your reservation and get helpful instructions and tips.
Early Dismissal
When students need to be picked up during the school day, parents should email the homeroom teacher and frontdesk@thefletcherschool.org, preferably a day in advance and no later than one hour prior to pick up.
Students who need to be dismissed early must be picked up by 2:30 p.m. or otherwise wait to be picked up at carpool.
Changes in Pick-Up Plans
When changes in carpool pick-up times or persons occur, parents should email the homeroom teacher and frontdesk@thefletcherschool.org at least one hour before dismissal.
Carpool Pick-Up Times
Grades K-5 student carpool on regularly scheduled days is from 3-3:10 p.m. and 12-12:10 p.m. on half days.
Grades 6-12 student carpool on regularly scheduled days is from 3:15-3:25 p.m. and 12:15-12:25 p.m. on half days.
After School activities dismissal is from 4:15-4:25 p.m.
Sports practice and game dismissal times vary.
Late Pick Up
Students who are not picked up on time from carpool or any after school activity will be taken to After School Care and/or Extended Day.
Parents must come inside the Belk Lobby and use their driver’s licenses to sign out those students.
Depending on the time the student is picked up, late pick-up charges will be drafted.
Parent field trip drivers and athletic event drivers make it possible for students to experience off-campus learning and competition. If you are interested in becoming a parent volunteer/approved driver for 2024-2025, please follow these steps:
Login to your FACTS Family Portal and select Web Forms from the School Menu in the left-hand column.
Choose 2024-2025 Parent Volunteer and Driver Sign-up.
Complete the Web Form and remember to Save (which will submit the form).
Volunteers are required to undergo a criminal background check and driving record review. Once your completed form is received, you will get an email from Praesidium, requesting information and approval for the background check and driver review.
Once you have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from The Fletcher School, and your name will be placed on the school's Parent Volunteer/Approved Driver listing that is accessible to your child's teacher.
