September Holiday
Monday, September 25 - Yom Kippur Holiday, School Closed
Notify in Advance of Early Dismissal & Appointments
Please help us minimize classroom interruptions by communicating dismissal changes at least two hours prior to the dismissal.
If your child needs to be dismissed early or needs to leave for an appointment and then return to school, please email details to both frontdesk@thefletcherschool.org and your child’s homeroom teacher.
Students in grades K-12 who need to be dismissed early for any reason must be picked up no later than 2:30 pm.
After 2:30 pm, students should plan to be sent to carpool.

The School's SquadLocker store has been updated with new choices in spirit wear and gear to make sure you are always ready to celebrate Fletcher. A portion of each sale goes to Parents’ Council to support the Fall Family Festival and other community activities planned for the year. Click here to get your spirit wear.

Submit Your Yearbook Pride Ad
For your child, a"Pride Ad" is an excellent way to show your love and affection. Seeing your message will bring a smile to your child's face as they remember your warmth and support!

Update Credit Card and Banking Account Information in FACTS
If you have had to recently replace your credit card or make a change to your bank account due to fraud, please ensure that you update your credit card or banking account information in your FACTS Financial Account.
Log in through the FACTS Family Portal, and click on Financial on the left. On the right, you will see a Financial Links section. Click on Financial Home. This will take you to the FACTS Financial homepage.
On the right under your name, you will see a bank symbol with your current account information. Click on that, and make the necessary updates.
If you have any problems, FACTS Customer Service at 1-866-441-4637 can assist you. Please note, school personnel cannot make changes to your financial accounts in FACTS.

Help Us Keep Carpool Safe and Organized
Middle and Upper School cars lining up for 3:15 pm pickup should line up in the left-hand lane starting at the back parking lot on the Lower School side of the school.
Two-way traffic behind the gym is suspended during afternoon carpool to provide the right lane for Lower School cars that need to pass families arriving early for 3:15 pm carpool.

The Fletcher Advantage - Save the Date
Save the date for Wednesday, October 18, from 6-8 pm, on campus. The Fletcher Advantage is a reimagined, dynamic event open to all parents and guardians of students in grades K-11 to learn more about the signature experiences their students can look forward to on their journeys through the divisions at Fletcher.
We are planning information sessions for you to explore our academic curriculum, clubs, activities, athletics, and college counseling by hearing directly from teachers, leaders, parents, and students about their Fletcher experiences.

Your referrals are often the inquiries that become students at Fletcher. Please share our list of Open Houses with anyone who asks about our program, and encourage them to register.

Digital Dive for MacBook & iPad - Wednesday, October 11, at 6 pm
This is an opportunity for parents to get hands-on experience with their student's devices. It will include: an overview of Fletcher's Educational Technology Program; device care and maintenance; school device management; popular educational apps and tools for your device; assistive technology features; tips, tricks, and support for digital families. We are excited to welcome Agent Traceski from the United States Secret Service back to Fletcher. He will be sharing information with families about helping students make smart decisions online, such as keeping contact information private and including trusted adults in decision-making when they feel uncomfortable.
