School Schedule Highlights
December 15: Early Dismissal: K-5 at 12 pm and 6-12 at 12:15 pm. No after-school activities will take place.
December 18-January 2: School Closed: Holiday Break
Construction on New Outdoor Athletic Complex
We are excited that excavation has begun behind the school, making way for a new Outdoor Athletic Complex, including concessions, restrooms, and bleachers. We are also looking forward to an improved field. In addition, we will be filling in our detention ponds to add more parking in two different phases.
As always, we will continue to communicate with you if there are any traffic/carpool pattern changes. Thank you for your cooperation!
Morning and Afternoon Carpool Updates
Please help us keep traffic moving by continuing to the main exit if the right-turn exit-only lane is backed up.
Please help us sort traffic for afternoon carpool by lining up in the correct lane. Lower School traffic should stay in the right lane and proceed to the Lower School Portico, while Middle and Upper School traffic should wait at the back parking lot in the left lane for 3:15 carpool to open.
Students Reading With Their Pets - Share Pictures by December 8
Please share pictures of your child snuggled up and reading to your pet(s) with Heather Ramsey, Director of Educational Technology, at hramsey@thefletcherschool.org.
Pictures will be used on an upcoming bulletin board. Please email the photo and include the title and author of the book your child is reading, along with your child's name.
You can email the photos to Heather or send prints with the identifying information to the Front Desk. Please submit any pictures by December 8.
