The Fletcher Advantage - Save the Date
Save the date for Wednesday, October 18, from 6-8 pm, on campus. The Fletcher Advantage is a reimagined, dynamic event open to all parents and guardians of students in grades K-11 to learn more about the signature experiences their students can look forward to on their journeys through the divisions at Fletcher.
We are planning information sessions for you to explore our academic curriculum, clubs, activities, athletics, and college counseling by hearing directly from teachers, leaders, parents, and students about their Fletcher experiences.

The September and October 2023-2024 Admissions Open House dates are open for registration.
Your referrals are often the inquiries that become students at Fletcher. Please share our list of Open Houses with anyone who asks about our program, and encourage them to register.
Choose Yearbook Photo by September 18
All families need to designate which picture of their student they want in the yearbook by Monday, September 18, even if they are not placing an order. Orders completed by the early bird deadline of Friday, September 15, will receive 15% off, with a minimum order of $25. Follow these steps to designate the yearbook photo or place an order:

Enter "flsc" as the password.
Enter your student's first and last name in the search.
Click on the picture desired, choose Yearbook Choice, and follow the prompts.
Submit your Yearbook Pride Ad
For your child, a"Pride Ad" is an excellent way to show your love and affection. Seeing your message will bring a smile to your child's face as they remember your warmth and support!

Help Us Keep Carpool Safe and Organized
Middle and Upper School cars lining up for 3:15 pm pickup should line up in the left-hand lane starting at the back parking lot on the Lower School side of the school.
Two-way traffic behind the gym is suspended during afternoon carpool to provide the right lane for Lower School cars that need to pass families arriving early for 3:15 pm carpool.
Adjustment to 4:15 pm Carpool
4:15 pm carpool will now run from 4:15 to 4:25 pm.
Students remaining on campus at 4:25 pm will be taken to Extended Day Care and will need to be checked out through the front desk. Students remaining in Extended Day Care past 4:30 pm will be charged through their FACTS account.
Athletics Pickup
Student-athletes remaining on campus 10 minutes after athletics practice is scheduled to end, or 15 minutes after a home competition ends, will be taken to Extended Day Care.
Student-athletes are welcome to remain in Extended Day Care until 5:30 pm and will need to be checked out through the front desk. Students taking part in Extended Day Care will be charged through their FACTS account.
2023-2024 Parent Volunteer & Driver Sign-Up Form
Parent field trip drivers and athletic event drivers make it possible for students to experience off-campus learning and competition.
If you are interested in becoming a parent volunteer/approved driver for 2023-2024, please follow these steps:
Login to your FACTS Family Portal and select Web Forms from the School Menu in the left-hand column.
Choose 2023-2024 Parent Volunteer and Driver Sign-up.
Complete the Web Form and remember to Save (which will submit the form).
Volunteers are required to undergo a criminal background check and driving record review. Once your completed form is received, you will get an email from Praesidium, requesting information and approval for the background check and driver review.
Once you have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from The Fletcher School, and your name will be placed on the school's Parent Volunteer/Approved Driver listing that is accessible to your child's teacher.
