Reminder: Early Dismissal on Wednesday, May 8

We will have early dismissal on Wednesday, May 8, so the School and Parents’ Council may host Fletcher’s Faculty and Staff Appreciation Luncheon.
Grades K-5 will dismiss at 12 pm.
Grades 6-12 will dismiss at 12:15 pm.
Lunch will not be served in the dining hall.
There will not be after school care or after school activities available.

Last Day for Lunches in the Dining Hall

Please note that Tuesday, May 28, is the last day for food service from the dining hall.
Lunch will be provided for the K-5 field trip on May 29.
Grades 6-12 will need to bring bagged lunches on May 29.

Updated 2024-2025 Calendar At A Glance

Please note that Fletcher's 2024-2025 Calendar At A Glance has been updated.
It was updated to reflect an early dismissal day on Wednesday, March 5, for teacher professional development.

Seeking Buddy Families for New Families & Open House Volunteers

The Admission Office is seeking families interested in being buddy families to new Fletcher Falcon families in 2024-2025.
We would also love to hear from parents who are interested in helping with 2024-2025 Admission Open Houses.

Parents' Council Spirit Night with the Charlotte Knights - Saturday, May 18

You are invited to join The Fletcher School for a night out at the ballpark on Saturday, May 18, when the Charlotte Knights host the Durham Bulls at 6:05 pm.
Click here to purchase tickets. The deadline to purchase tickets is Thursday, May 16.
$2 from each ticket will go back to The Fletcher School.

You are invited to celebrate the release of the inaugural issue of The Fletcher School's literary magazine--Fonix.
We will enjoy student readings and light refreshments.
K-12 students and parents may attend.

Monday, May 6 - Middle School Flag Footall Tournament. First game is at 1 pm. Semi-finals are at 2:30 pm, and the championship is at 4 pm. Fletcher is hosting at Matthews Sportsplex, Section B, Fields 6, 7, 8, and 9.
Monday, May 6-Tuesday, May 7 - Middle School Tennis Tournament is hosted by Fletcher. Semi-finals are at Mason Wallace Park, Fletcher vs Carolina Christian, starting at 4 pm. The championship is May 7, hosted by Fletcher, starting at 4 pm.
Monday, May 20 - Athletic Awards Ceremony from 7-8:30 pm in the Gymnasium. Semi-casual attire.
Please return all uniforms or pay a fee: $75 per top, $50 for shorts, and $100 for a shooting shirt. Thank you!

The ACT will be administered at The Fletcher School on Monday, June 10, and Tuesday, June 11.
