Parents’ Council is collecting gently used (no holes or stains, please) Fletcher polos, PE uniforms, and spirit wear during the month of May. Please place them in the bin located in the Belk Lobby.
You will be able to purchase gently used Fletcher gear when we return to school in the fall!
Seeking Buddy Families for New Families & Open House Volunteers
The Admission Office is seeking families interested in being buddy families to new Fletcher Falcon families in 2024-2025.
We would also love to hear from parents who are interested in helping with 2024-2025 Admission Open Houses.

Grades K-3 - Students arrive at 8:15 am in the carpool line. Please join us in the gym from 8:20-9 am. Students leave with their families immediately following.
Grades 4-5 - Students arrive at 9:15 am in the carpool line. Please join us in the gym from 9:45-10:30 am. Students leave with their families immediately following.
Monday & Tuesday, June 3 & 4 - Optional End of Year Conference
Conference confirmation days/times will be sent home on Tuesday, May 28.

The end of the year is such a busy time with so many tasks to do.

Friday, May 24 - Sixth and Seventh Grade End of the Year Field Trip at Boyce Park, 8:30 am-12 pm
We will provide Chick-fil-A for lunch. Please pack a lunch if your child prefers something else.
Friday, May 24 - Eighth Grade End of the Year Field Trip at Carowinds, 8:30 am-3 pm
Tuesday, May 28 - Sixth Grade Pizza Lunch
If your child prefers something other than pizza, please pack a lunch.
Thursday, May 30 - Closing Ceremony
The Middle School will hold its Closing Ceremony on Thursday, May 30, from 11-12 am in the Gymasium.
Please drop off your student at 10:30 am, and they will head to their homerooms to get ready.
Students will be dismissed at the end of the ceremony at 12 pm.
Monday & Tuesday, June 3 & 4 - Optional End-of-Year Conferences
Families will receive an email early next week from their student’s advisor or level coordinator with instructions on how to sign up for an optional end-of-year conference.

The Senior Walk for seniors and their parents and guardians will take place at 1 pm on Monday, May 20.
The Upper School Closing Ceremony will take place on Monday, May 20, in the Gymnasium from 1:30-3 pm.

Monday, May 20 - Athletic Awards Ceremony from 7-8:30 pm in the Gymnasium. Semi-casual attire.
Please return all uniforms or pay a fee: $75 per top, $50 for shorts, and $100 for a shooting shirt. Thank you!
The ACT will be administered at The Fletcher School on Monday, June 10, and Tuesday, June 11.
