Lunch Orders and Dining Options 2022-2023

• The September and October lunch menus are now available in your FACTS Family Portal.

• Orders are due on Thursdays for the upcoming week. 

• When ordering lunch, consider adding your child's after-school drink and snack, too.

Save the Date for K-5 Grandfriends Day!

• Please save the date for Grandfriends Day on FRI, NOV 18, from 9:30 - 11:30 am.

• We hope your students’ grandparent(s), aunt(s), uncle(s), or other friend(s) can join us for this Fletcher tradition!

• Please email Claire Renn with the name and address of the grandfriend(s) you would like Fletcher to send an invitation to.

Fall Family Festival

• Save the date for the annual Fletcher Fall Family Festival, SUN, OCT 16, from 3 - 6 pm.

• Bring your family and friends and join us for fun inflatables, interactive games, food trucks, our famous cake walk, and so much more!

Lower School 

Parents and Guardians are welcome on campus for lunch!

• Please note these steps to join your child for lunch:

  1. Notify your child’s homeroom teacher in advance

  2. Check-in with Lobby Guard and wait for your child’s class in the front lobby

  3. You may bring a lunch or purchase a meal on your child’s account

  4. You may bring your child lunch, but do not bring food for any friends

  5. Enjoy lunch with your child at our Visitors Table in the Multipurpose Room!

Third Grade Field Trip

• Children's Theatre of Charlotte

• FRI, OCT 14 from 9 am - 12:45 pm 

• This production will help students make connections between the text of a story or drama and a visual or oral presentation of the text, identifying where each version reflects specific descriptions and directions in the text.

Fourth Grade Field Trip

• Camp Harrison, in Boomer, NC.

• Families must register by THURS, OCT 13.

• The camping trip is designed to provide team-building opportunities for our middle school students and their team of teachers.

Athletic Calendars Updated

• Visit the link found here to see our full athletic schedule to cheer on our Falcons this year! 

• After opening the Calender link, select the picture of the calendar in the top right corner to add the Athletic Calendar to your device. 

Fall Sports Pictures

• Cross Country, Volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee, and Soccer photos will take place starting at 3:00 pm on TUES, OCT 4.

• Students are reminded to bring their uniforms to school.
