Membership Form

Our membership is open from 1st October - 1st November every year. If you are interested in joining outside these times please contact us on secretary_thefeelgoodfactor@outlook.com

Whether you wish to renew or join for the first time, we need the following in order to complete your membership:  

1.   Your completed membership form

2.   Your completed payment 

3.   Evidence of external memberships/insurance details (if applicable)

Once you have completed the form, click the "Go to Payment" button to complete your membership.
