REGISTRATION FEE AND WHAT IT COVERS

1. US$ 250 per person for 2 days of fun-filled events

2. Includes a complimentary welcome dinner hosted by The Everly Putrajaya on February 3rd.

3. Includes scrumptious 2 tea breaks & lunch for both days Feb 4 & 5, Grand Reunion dinner on Day 2, Feb 5. 

4. Day 1 Feb 4 dinner on your own, many restaurants in the newly renovated Alamanda Shopping Centre next door.

5. Includes prizes for games

6. Includes karaoke

7. Includes competitions of our 4 houses (Carey, Judson, Livingston, Wesley)

8. Includes picture taking of our group and individual classes

9. Includes a warm welcome hug from the committee (optional)

WHEN CAN YOU PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE?

1. You can choose to pay:

     a. Within 2 weeks

b. In the month of August 2025

c. In the month of September 2025

d. In the month of October 2025

e. In the month of November 2025

2. After you make the payment return to the registration and key in the payment details.

CANCELLATION OF ATTENDANCE

1. When cancelled before September 30, we will refund 100%

2. When cancelled in the month of October until November 30, we will refund 50%

3. When cancelled after November 30, please no refund

4. The Catering Department requires 4 weeks in advance the number of attendees and the number of meals to be served. There is no attrition in food and beverages.
