Please maintain your Front Yard by adhering to the following:
·Lawn must be well maintained and free of weed.
·Flower bed must be healthy and well - trimmed bushed (height should be less/equal to window seal).
·All Publicly visible area must be free of derbies/NO Storage of any kind but the Reeled Garden hose is allowed.
·If you have shrub on side of the home, need to pruned and maintained.
Failure to follow any of the above will result in Violation and fine of $ 25/day will be applied to their account.
