Salade du Maghreb

Mélange of fresh cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, olives, raisins, and mint in a mustard-lemon dressing

Tagine de Poulet aux Pruneaux et Amandes

Chicken braised in a chicken-saffron-wine broth with dried plums, apricots, coriander, and almonds.

Riz et Bette à Carde

Jasmine rice, cooked with red chard, coriander, parsley, and paprika.

Gateau au Yaourt au Citron

Honey-yogurt cake infused with orange blossom water and lemon zest.
