Drop-off and Pick-up

Drop-off Procedures:

• Camp starts at 8:30 am every day, please arrive by then!

• Drop-off location is at the gym's side entrance. Please check in with a counselor before dropping off your child. 

• Please do not drop off or leave your child(ren) unattended if you arrive before 8:30 am (there will be no staff members outside to watch them).

Pick-up Procedures:

• Camp ends at 4 pm every day, pick-up starts at 3:30 pm and goes until 4 pm.

• If you are running late or need to pick up your child(ren) early, please call the Camp Phone to inform camp staff.

• Campers will be picked up at the playground, weather permitting. 

• For safety reasons, please come to the door of the gym to pick up. We need to be able to see all accompanying adults and check the campers off on the rosters before they are released to your care.

Early Pick-up:

• Please inform camp staff in advance via phone call or email if you need to arrange for an early pick-up of your camper(s).
