Meetflow - Zoom Connect, Bulk Meeting Creator (“the App”) is a tool developed by Meetflow that allows users to generate Zoom meetings directly from a Google Sheets template. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Meetflow accesses only the minimum Zoom data required for the App to function:
View a meeting
Create a meeting for the authenticated user
View the authenticated user’s profile
Verify the authenticated user’s email address
Meetflow does not access chat messages, cloud recordings, contacts, or any Zoom data unrelated to meeting creation.
Reads meeting details that the user manually enters in the template
Writes meeting output fields (Join URL, Start URL, Meeting ID, Passcode)
Meetflow does not access any other Google Drive files or user data.
Meetflow uses your data only to:
Authenticate your Zoom account
Create scheduled Zoom meetings on your behalf
Return meeting details to your Google Sheet
We do not store, sell, or share your data with any third party.
Meetflow does not store personal data on external servers.
Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely using Google Apps Script’s built-in Script Properties, This method is required to provide a stable service and ensures the tokens are encrypted and managed by Google Cloud, securely associated with the developer's account, and inaccessible to other users' Google Drive files.
No meeting details, emails, or user identities are stored outside of your own Google Sheet.
Meetflow does not share, sell, or disclose your data to:
Advertisers
External partners
Third-party data processors
The only entities that process your data are:
Zoom, for OAuth authentication
Google, for Apps Script execution
Both services comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other major privacy frameworks.
Meetflow relies on Google’s and Zoom’s secure infrastructures:
All data transmission occurs over HTTPS
OAuth 2.0 is used for secure account authorization
No passwords are ever collected or stored
No external servers are used for data storage
You can revoke Meetflow’s access at any time by:
Removing the app from Zoom → My Apps,

Clearing stored tokens through Extensions → Apps Script → User Properties
Once revoked, Meetflow cannot access your Zoom data.
