Before Class:
Please complete the registration form before the first week to fully register.
It's not too late if you missed the first week! Please complete the week 1 make up and join us for week 2!
Registration and a questionnaire which will help us measure how we do. and provides anonymous data for our funders.

End of Class Questionaires:
After the class is complete, please fill complete both of the forms to the right. We will email a certificate to you after the forms are completed.
Look for an email from us in about three months. We will ask that you fill out another questoinaire and send you a gift card!
