What is BRYC?
BRYC is a free program that helps unusually hardworking “Fellows” succeed in high school and get into and pay for college.
When & where is BRYC?
Fellows come to BRYC — downtown BR — once a week (M-Th) from 5:30-8:30pm throughout the school year.
What do Fellows do?
On their assigned night, Fellows attend two programs. See below for info about these programs.
Learning Workshop
Fellows work with trained Learning Mentors to raise grades and boost study skills.
Team Workshop
Fellows work with trained Research Mentors to explore and report on social justice issues.
ACT Prep
BRYC’s five-star instructors help Fellows master ACT skills and test-taking strategies.
ACT Workshop
Juniors work 1-1 with ACT Mentors to get extra practice and support on difficult ACT skills.
ACT Prep
Summer and fall, BRYC’s five-star instructors support Fellows with a final ACT prep push.
College Workshop
Seniors work with trained College Mentors and staff on college and scholarship apps.
