It’s tailored to the specific needs of a bigger body and simplifies what you need to do into clear, manageable actions. I’ve tried (and failed) lots of diets before… what makes the Bigger Body Method different?
The Bigger Body Method takes the key principles of health and fitness and applies them in a way that is effective for people in bigger bodies, enabling them to make long lasting progress.
Do I need to track calories?
Calorie tracking is a great tool for learning about the portion sizes that are appropriate for your body. But you don’t have to do it. We also use other methods to help plan and structure your meals in a way that works and feels sustainable to you.
Will I get a meal plan?
You won’t be given a specific meal plan to follow. Instead, the Bigger Body Method teaches you about food and nutrition so that you can make choices that fit with your lifestyle.
Do I need a gym membership?
No, you can do the movement element from home or in the gym if you have access to one.
How do you set targets?
You will fill out a ‘getting to know you’ form when you sign up, which will provide the information to create a personalised plan. Fortnightly check ins will be used to adapt the plan as needed throughout the coaching process.
