Starting with an initial getting to know you process, personalised nutrition and movement guidance is given on how to get started right away. Weekly check ins and monthly coaching calls give you chance to reflect and share whats working and whats not so that we can tweak, improve and keep you moving towards your goals.
This is different to anything you will have done before. It's not just a plan, it't not another diet and you wont be made to feel guilty if its not going so well...
You'll be supported to develop the strategies and skills that you need to be successful. Whether thats around knowing what to eat, how to include movement in a way that doesn't leave you out of breath or in pain or tackling emotional eating...this has you covered!

Yes, the Bigger Body Method is designed to help people who have previously struggled with weight loss. It’s tailored to the specific needs of a bigger body and simplifies what you need to do into clear, manageable actions. If you’re willing to make some changes, then the Bigger Body Method will help you.
I’ve tried (and failed) lots of diets before… what makes the Bigger Body Method different?
The Bigger Body Method takes the key principles of health and fitness and applies them in a way that is effective for people in bigger bodies, enabling them to make long lasting progress.
Do I need to track calories?
Calorie tracking is a great tool for learning about the portion sizes that are appropriate for your body. But you don’t have to do it. We also use other methods to help plan and structure your meals in a way that works and feels sustainable to you.
Will I get a meal plan?
You won’t be given a specific meal plan to follow. Instead, the Bigger Body Method teaches you about food and nutrition so that you can make choices that fit with your lifestyle.
Do I need a gym membership?
No, you can do the movement element from home or in the gym if you have access to one.
How do you set targets?
You will fill out a ‘getting to know you’ form when you sign up, which will provide the information to create a personalised plan. Fortnightly check ins will be used to adapt the plan as needed throughout the coaching process.

I have been in a bigger body myself and struggled with weight for most of my adult life. When asking for support, I was met too many times with 'you just need more willpower' or given really restrictive, low calorie diets by health or fitness professionals. None of these worked for me. They weren't suitable for someone in a bigger body and they didn't tackle the issues that were at the root of my overeating.
Once I learnt how to do this for myself, thats when the weight finally started moving. I'm now over 20kg down, feel confident in my body again and have WAY more energy....so I can do all of the fun stuff that I was struggling to do before!
As a personal trainer and online coach I've spoken to so many other women who are struggling with the same issues as these, so I made it my mission to create something that was going to solve the problem.
