Building specs:

- The total square footage of the main floor space is 80x80 (6,400 square feet)

- The upstairs loft totals 1,600 square feet; the main open area, excluding the private rooms, would be approximately 700 square feet. 

- The ceiling is 30 feet high (27 feet at the sides)

- The outdoor space flows directly from the double doors located on the West side of the building. It is similar in size to that of our indoor space (approximately one quarter acre or 10,000 square feet).
