• Rates are in US dollars and include full buy-outs and session fees.

• Payment for services is due upon completion (via PayPal). Please contact us for alternate payment arrangements.

• Only watermarked versions of all completed production requests will be uploaded into client's Dropbox folder pending approval and/or payment. No exceptions!

• Only upon approval & remittance of payment will broadcast quality-versions of completed production requests be uploaded into client's Dropbox folder. No exceptions! 

• Client should send an email & in the subject line type in PRODUCTION IS APPROVED. Please submit approval email to production@theaudioasylum.com & CC: theaudioasylum@theaudioasylum.com

• Turnaround for voice only (commercials, promos, sweepers, etc.) is usually  2 - 4 hours.

• Turnaround for fully-produced (commercials, promos and 1-8 sweepers) is usually 24 - 48 hours.

• Turnaround for imaging packages of 10 or more sweepers is usually 7 - 10 business days.

• Turnaround for other produced projects depend on the type and its complexity.

• Revisions are always FREE if the error in on our part. If the error is on the client's part after client has approved of the completed production, revisions are 50% of the original rate. The revision fee is due upon completion.
