ENRON was a real oil and gas company in the 1990s that famously inflated itself to a massive size by using shell companies and other financial skullduggery to create profits that had never really existed. This play tells the story of the fall of Enron—a classic epic of hubris and comeuppance—transformed with the help of dinosaurs, puppets, singing analysts, dancing traders, and snappy dialogue into a modern dark comedy pageant.

During the audition you will be assigned sides. The sides are linked below, and we will provide paper copies at the auditions. Ideally, you and your scene partner(s) will be given a short amount of time to work on the sides together before performing them in front of the group. However, it is possible we will not have time for this, so please read and familiarize yourself with the sides before arriving. It is not necessary to memorize any of the sides. If there is a side you would especially like to read, please note that on your audition form and we will try to accommodate your request. We are not requesting monologues for this audition.
There are roles in this show that require the ability to sing a line of harmony in a 3-person group, a cappella. If you are interested in a singing role, please indicate your singing ability on your audition form. We are not requesting that you prepare a song for your audition.
Some of the roles in this show will require stylized physicality and comfort with light, non-dance, choreography. There will be a movement exercise during callbacks–please be sure to wear clothing that allows for movement!
