As we say an interview is very much a two-way process. There are many different schools and there is no right or wrong. If you want a school where everything is set in stone – where you will be given the lesson plans and schemes of work and told how to teach, then we would not be the right school for you. If you want somewhere where you will be trusted to teach the children what they need to learn right now, encouraged to be innovative, prepared to muck in while being held to account for the progress of your class – you would probably fit in well!
