Annual Business Owner Scholarship

About the 2025 Scholarship Program

The Alternative Board – Adelaide City's 2025 Scholarship will provide the successful business owner applicant with a 12-month Peer Advisory Board membership valued up to $15,000.

The Alternative Board – Adelaide City’s 2025 Scholarship will be open to business owners who meet the following criteria:

1. Owning and operating their current business for more than 3 years

2. Have an annual turnover more than $500k

3. Have 5 or more employees

A select panel will review the Scholarship applications and short-listed applicants will be invited to meet with the panel as part of the final stage process. For the business owner who is awarded the scholarship there will be a one off $895 Business Assessment fee payable prior to commencing their membership with The Alternative Board –

Adelaide City.

The business owner who is awarded the Scholarship will allow The Alternative Board – Adelaide City to document their 12-month experience as a case study that will include interviews, photos, video and digital media content development and publishing at the conclusion of the year.

Conditions of entry:

• Application via Complete an application questionnaire

• Complete an interview with selected Adelaide City Facilitators.

• A Business owner with an ABN

• With 3 years or more ownership

• Have 5 or more employees

• Prove Turnover > $500k

• Pay a one-off ‘Business Assessment’ Fee

The successful candidate will be required to commence within 3 months of announcement as the winner of the scholarship
