My name is Ms. Owens and I teach Language Arts on the 6th grade Traditional Team. I am a graduate from both Eastern Kentucky University and University of the Cumberlands. I've been teaching for 6 years now and love the SCMS environment! I also love reading and writing, so getting to teach those things to students is one of my favorite things to do.

2.) Library books were due last Friday, May 3rd. Please remind students to turn their books in ASAP if they haven't already.

3.) GBB Colorfest is Tuesday, May 14th.
