Family Resource Centers were created as part of the Kentucky Education Reform Act in 1990. The primary goal of Family Resource Center (FRC) is to help families meet their full potential! How, you may ask? The FRC uses the strengths and resources of families, community agencies, and school staff to help families remove non-cognitive barriers to learning; and as a result, students improve academically. What does that mean? The Family Resource Center is here to help. As a parent or guardian, life is hard, messy, and complicated sometimes! What should you do? Where do you turn for help? We are here to support you.
