Leonie’s background in Psychology and Media and experience in the arts, social and human services (as well as a brief sojourn as a pop star in Taiwan!) gives her a unique position from which to deliver social change strategies.
She co-founded The Ageing Revolution to transform ageing and challenge ageism. The Ageing Revolution works in partnership (because big problems need partnership solutions) to develop better services and products and raise awareness of the benefits that ageing brings. Our Care Journal is the first product to emerge from their work on ageing.
Marley has a background in the health and fitness industry and graduated from QUT in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Later that year he co-founded Conpago; a tech aged care company dedicated to innovating aged care and combating social isolation amongst seniors.
Conpago’s mission is to build engaged, thriving communities and improve the wellbeing of older Australians while innovating aged care and finding solutions to the challenges of an ageing society.
Simon is the co-founder of The Ageing Revolution and the mobile platform for carers, Our Care Journal. Simon is committed to changing the paradigm, view and experience of ageing in Australia.
He believes that by building thriving partnerships between older people, companies, government and community organisations, we can develop innovative solutions to social issues that create resilience as well as profitable disruption.
Simon has a passion for new technology and exploring the implications they present, both positive and negative
Mackenzie funded his way through his university degree by teaching himself how to code and running a small website development business.
After working in architecture and construction project management for several years, he co-founded Conpago with Marley Brown. At Conpago, Mackenzie leads the technological development of products and manages the team of software developers and engineers.
He’s passionate about increasing senior citizens’ virtual mobility and empowering them into this digital age.
Bridget had the opportunity to study in five different countries across four continents through her education. A wealth of global experiences and learning in a second language environment enables her a unique understanding of learning in various contexts and a respect and appreciation of other cultures, people and characteristics. She graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education. Bridget is passionate about creating better outcomes for over-looked social groups and believes that the key components in doing so are collaboration, open-mindedness and creativity.
