CHECK THAT YOUR RATINGS ARE UP TO DATE
CHECK THAT YOUR RATINGS ARE UP TO DATE
CLICK ON "MY PROFILE" TAB IN THE MENU BAR
YOU WILL SEE A SCREEN THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS:
1 - YOU SHOULD FIND ALL YOUR RATINGS UNDER YOUR MEMBER INFORMATION
2 - CHECK THAT YOUR RATINGS AND WHETHER THEY ARE TAGGED IS CORRECT
3 - LOOK FOR ANY BAD VALUES. IF THEY DON'T LOOK RIGHT, EMAIL DATATECH@ILWU502.CA OR CALL THE HALL TO GET THEM UPDATED
AFTER YOUR CHECK YOUR RATINGS, CLICK ON THE PREDISPATCH TAB

YOU WILL SEE A SCREEN THAT LOOKS LIKE THE FOLLOWING
MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO PLUG IN WHEN THE PLUG-INS ARE OPEN. THE TOP SECTION SHOULD HAVE UP TO DATE PREDISPATCH PLUG IN TIMES AND OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

Select your shift preference
Members and A board may pick 1
All other casuals must plug in for 2 or more shifts
Check off your ratings
You must plug in for all active ratings held
For Gantry, select whether you want 1st / 2nd up for each respective shift
CRMG is currently inactive
MEMBERS: If you want to volunteer for a rating you have tagged off, check the Volunteer box
After checking it, your tagged off rating will become available, and you can then check the box beside the rating to volunteer for it (as seen in #5 on the image)
MEMBERS: You may request an upgrade or day only by checking off the appropriate box
Click submit. You will receive an email letting you know you plugged in successfully.
If you want to unplug, visit this page again and the submit button will be replaced with a PLUG OUT button. Click this to unplug. You will receive a confirmation email that you successfully unplugged.
