MedNav service being used in the simulation suite at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

MedNav

Design Director for this innovative service that helps teams manage medical emergencies. The service includes a digital application and redesigned emergency trolley. It was developed with funding from CW+ and is now being launched as a social enterprise with a focus on supporting emergencies in resource poor settings.

Imperial College NHS Quality Improvement

Design Facilitator for these creative events that bring together doctors, nurses, managers, patients and creative professionals to develop new solutions to complex problems in the NHS.

RCA Service Design

Service Design Tutor at the Royal College of Art, responsible for project partnerships and project development across the first year programme. This included over 20 interdisciplinary projects for 60+ Master's students across a wide range of public, private and third sector organisations. These included Imperial NHS, Mind and Bromley by Bow Health Centre (Healthcare); TFL, RBKC, Camden and Lambeth Council (Public Services); ICAEW and Policy Lab (Strategy / policy development); Design Museum and Natural History Museum (Culture); Sainsbury's and Lane Crawford (Retail).

Founder and managing director of this forward thinking design consultancy. We consulted on the future and invented interesting prototype services that pointed towards a more engaging, caring and creative world. Clients included Orange, France Telecom, DCMS, NHS Scotland and Camper. We also developed a number of start up services including OOKL, an education platform for cultural venues; and WeGlu, a social network that helped friends stick together!
