Remember that it is important to not do all your project work over the summer before Grade 10. Projects that do not follow the process will not receive a passing grade. It is a good idea to do the investigating stage and some research over the summer, so that you are not too busy in August.
Your final report is due (submitted to Managebac) at 13:15 on Tuesday, March 3. There is no possibility for extension.
Your supervisors will give formal written feedback on one draft report. Your draft should be submitted by January 30 at the latest, and it will be returned to you with enough time to make edits based on the feedback. It is possible, however, that your supervisor will set an alternate due date with you.
The PP Exhibition will be held on January 20. All students are expected to attend. Why is the exhibition before the final submission date? Because you might get some valuable feedback you can use in your report from the people that see your work.
It is your responsibility to schedule and meet with your supervisor before each checkpoint deadline. You will need to bring evidence with you to meet each checklist item. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in meeting with the project coordinator to complete the work.

Because everyone's project is different, everyone's deadlines will look a little different too. As part of planning, you might like to update this calendar with your deadlines.
