Members should feel empowered to share any concerns they may have. Provide as much information as possible (date of incident or class, location, person(s) involved, etc.) The reporting member will be notified of receipt within three (3) business days.
These may include, but are not limited to the following categories:
Abusive, offensive or harassing behavior (including, but not limited to harassment based on race, color, religion, people are who are disabled pursuant to the Americans Disability Act, sex, national origin or any other protected class).
Respect (e.g., arguing with a teacher’s feedback, interrupting a performance or guest interactions with other members, being unprepared for a paired scene etc.)
Classroom Etiquette (e.g., being on the phone during class, making inappropriate comments publicly in Zoom chat, rehearsing lines out loud during another actor’s performance, etc.)
Quality of Work (e.g. being unprepared for class, poor quality of work)
General Concerns (e.g. issues with equipment or supplies in the office or studio, using the studio without reserving it, etc.)
Members who wish to share a concern, suggestion, or any feedback regarding their experience with the organization
