As part of a purchase in one of our hotel management developments, your apartment will be managed directly by the hotel company, which will handle all the practical aspects of property Management: check-in / check-out, replacements in case of damage caused by the tenants, rent payments to owners etc. You will have no management concerns and nothing more to do than cash your rents.
