Hello and welcome! I’m proud to be part of the Tinton Falls School District, where I teach 5th grade Math, Science, and Social Studies at Swimming River School. This is my 12th year in education, and I am passionate about helping students grow both academically and personally.
I hold a Master’s degree in Instruction and Curriculum, as well as New Jersey certifications in K–6 Elementary Education and Middle School Mathematics (5–8). I also earned a B.S. in Computer Science/Technology, which allows me to bring technology integration into the classroom in creative and meaningful ways.
My goal is to make learning engaging through hands-on lessons, interactive activities, and a supportive environment where every student can succeed.
When I’m not at school, I love spending time with my family — my husband Ian, my son Brendon, my daughter Isabella, and our bunny, Boba. I also enjoy coaching Girls on the Run and helping with the Tinton Falls Girl Scouts Troop 197.
Some of my favorite hobbies are playing the ukulele, doing yoga, swimming, biking, running, going to the beach, trying new foods, and traveling. I can’t wait for a fun and exciting year with all of you! 🎉
